Discovering Every Weapon in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth

Discover Hidden Treasures in Your Game

There are many hidden treasures throughout the game, some of which are tucked away and require a bit of exploration, while others are rewards for completing mini-games or sidequests. A key tip is to keep an eye out for purple chests, as they always grant a weapon you haven’t found before.

If you happen to miss a weapon in a certain area, it's not the end of the world. As the game progresses, you’ll usually be able to purchase it from a weapons store. So, if you’re unsure whether or not you’ve missed a weapon as you move through the game, be sure to check in with weapon shops.

Replay for Rewards

Be aware that any weapons earned in the Temple of the Ancients will require you to replay that sequence in Chapter 12. However, once you finish the main game and unlock Chapter Select, replaying will become much easier.

Aerith’s Magical Staves

Aerith, our elegant spellcaster, has a wide range of staves available. Here’s where they are and what abilities they grant:

Ceremonial Staff - Chapter 10: Outcast’s Shore, Village of the Gi. Grants ATB Ward
