• Steelclaw: Intimidating sphynx cat, snoozes or prowls outside Moonrise Towers kitchens.

Meet Barsik, the Eccentric Feline

Barsik, with his unkempt black-and-white hair and disheveled whiskers, is irresistibly adorable. However, once you engage with him, you discover his peculiar obsession with Sharress, the goddess of hedonism. Surprisingly, he doesn't frequent the brothel named after her. Instead, he's found at Sorcerous Sundries, insisting people devote themselves to the goddess. His message? "Bring her prayers to those suffering two legs instead of four". Quite an intense character, isn't he?

Zambomba, the Entitled Cat

Zambomba, much like his sister Tambourine, is a slothful, self-centered little creature. The only reason he ranks lower than Tambourine is due to his grating voice. He expects me to exterminate the basement rats so that his "servants" can feed him. It seems he's not interested in doing typical cat chores. Apparently, nobody wants to work these days, Zambomba included.

Tambourine, the Spoiled Sibling

Tambourine has a knack for calling me a servant ape, and I find it amusing. Yes, she's just as lazy as Zambomba, but her voice is more pleasant, hence her higher ranking. She and her brother remind me of the pampered siblings from Parks and Recreation, Jean-Ralphio and Mona-Lisa Saperstein. They're averse to doing any work but expect lavish gifts. While I admire their outright refusal to be a part of the capitalist machinery, I won't be aiding these two; I have more pressing matters to attend to.

Grub, the Nervous Cat

Grub is a jittery cat, and his nervousness is contagious. His behavior raises a lot of questions. Is his owner, Yenna, treating him poorly? Why doesn't he communicate with me? Perhaps I should create a cozy corner for him in my camp for his comfort. For now, his behavior is quite unsettling, hinting at something I'm unaware of.

Malta, the Narrator

Malta's humorous voice, reminiscent of Sir Anthony Hopkins at times, is a delight. However, he's a bit odd. Upon our first encounter, he narrates his day like an old-fashioned detective. I thought he might join my crew, but when I respond positively to his eccentric narration, he dismisses me as gullible. I wish this little fellow was at my camp, narrating the quirks of my crew, but he's stuck in an alley, musing about destiny.

Tara, the Winged Cat

Tara, technically a Tressym, is a winged cat you can find in Baldur’s Gate 3. Her energy is infectious, and her turquoise necklace and refined voice add to her charm. However, her penchant for eating pigeons is off-putting. My interaction with Tara involved me persuading her to stop eating mail-carrying pigeons, only for her to decide to rule a different roost. I hope to encounter her again soon, hopefully not surrounded by pigeon feathers.

Steelclaw, the Sphynx Cat

Steelclaw is a slightly intimidating sphynx cat. She can be found outside the kitchens at Moonrise Towers, either snoozing or prowling about. She's on a hunt for her favorite snack, mindflayer tadpoles. Quite a unique preference, wouldn't you say?
