While Dragon Ball is making a comeback with Daima, Luffy and his crew are pausing their adventures until April 2025. This announcement came from the official One Piece Twitter account, promising a "modified broadcast schedule" when it returns. More details will be revealed at Jump Festa 2025 this December.

The timing of this pause is curious, as it coincides with the ongoing celebrations for the anime's 25th anniversary. Despite the high quality of recent episodes, the series will not conclude the Egghead arc immediately. Instead, it will resume in April 2025.
