Tales of the Shire, a cozy life simulation set in the Lord of the Rings universe, has been delayed to early 2025.
The game, developed by Wētā Workshop and published by Private Division, was originally set to release this fall on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and S, Nintendo Switch, and Netflix Games.
Why the Delay?
Wētā Workshop wants to ensure the game meets its vision before release. They aim to create an experience that lives up to fans' expectations.
In a statement, they said, "We want the moment a new Hobbit enters Bywater for the first time to be truly special."
