Pata is a Fist weapon that can only be found in Elden Ring's Shadow of the Erdtree expansion.

Though this armament is technically worn on the fist, its blades make it more like a sword.

Pata can also be dual-wielded for optimal damage, and it looks way cooler that way.

If this sounds like something that would round out your build, you're in luck as it can be found early in the expansion.

Pata Stats and Features

Pata has a weight of 4.0 and requires the following stats to wield:

• STR: 11
• DEX: 15

The weapon comes equipped with Ash of War Impaling Thrust.

This Ash of War produces a piercing attack that breaks the guard of enemies with shields, making it especially useful against smaller enemies hiding behind large shields.

The Pata can be upgraded to +25 with standard Smithing Stones.

Pata Item Description

Pata's item description reads:

A weapon comprised of a linear double-sided blade attached to a substantial guard. Wielded by the Oathseeker Knights.

This versatile armament can be swung about like a fist or used in the manner of a straight sword.

Where to Find Pata

You can find Pata in the Church of Benediction in Gravesite Plain.

This makes it easy to find early in the game, provided you know the pathway to it.

To reach the Church of Benediction, start from the Three-Path Cross Site of Grace in the middle of Gravesite Plain and head through the massive archway here.

Hug the left wall on the other side, going through a narrow cliffside path until you reach the Cliffroad Terminus Site of Grace.

From the Cliffroad Terminus Site of Grace, continue southeast for a while along the road and through a forested area.

You'll eventually come to what appears to be a dead end with crumbled rocks ahead.

Wrap around the outer portion of this cliff, pass under a small entryway in the cliffside, and emerge on the other side to find the Church of Benediction.

Pata isn't found inside the church itself but rather on the cliffside outside.

Head out of the door and look for a corpse on the edge of the cliff that you can loot to receive the weapon.
