As a dedicated Star Wars fan myself, I crave for a storyline that is less linked to the existing Star Wars fiction. I love the thrill of The Mandalorian meeting new characters, battling new creatures, and exploring new places. While I appreciate Dave Filoni's work in the Star Wars universe, I believe not everything needs to continue the Clone Wars and Rebels storylines. Grogu and Mando deserve their own unique tale.
