xQc's Unfortunate Experience in DayZ
During a live broadcast on Kick, the platform where he now exclusively streams due to a lucrative $100 million deal, xQc was exploring a DayZ server with his friends. He role-played as a survivor, collecting gear and announcing deaths whenever he was defeated by rival players or zombies. However, he was abruptly kicked from the game and banned from the DayOne Chernarus 1PP server, with the admin leaving a brief message: “Thanks, but no thanks.”
Debate Over the Reasons for xQc's Ban
Upon his ban, xQc expressed confusion and frustration. According to an account by Greekgodx, one of xQc's companions during the game, the popular Kick creator was banned due to his status as a streamer. However, there's no concrete evidence to support this claim. Notably, xQc has previously been banned on Twitch for stream-sniping in Fall Guys, raising suspicions that he might repeat such behaviour in DayZ. Following the ban, xQc leaked the server’s address to his viewers before proceeding to other games.
